Step 1 — Manage Your Clients
Add, edit, and organize your customer contacts
Browse Clients
Open the Clients page to see every client in a searchable, sortable table showing name, company, email, phone, and language.
- Real-time search filter
- Click column headers to sort
- Click a row to open that client
Add or Edit a Client
Click New Client (or the pencil icon on an existing row) to open the client form. Fill in the details:
- Personal Info – First name, last name, company, language
- Contact – Email, phone, cell, SMS
- Address – Full address for reports
Quick Actions
Each client row offers one-click actions:
- Edit – Update client details
- View Interventions – See all work done for this client
- Delete – Remove the client (confirmation required)
- Email – Click the email to compose a message
- Call – Click the phone number to dial

Design, choose, or convert documents into report templates for AI auto-fill
Report Templates
View all your report templates as cards with name, description, and creation date. Edit or delete any report template.

Predefined Library
Browse professionally designed report templates. Filter by category (Repair, Inspection, Installationβ) or by profession (HVAC, Plumbing, Electricalβ).
Convert Document
Already have a form? Upload it and AI will convert it into a reusable report template with smart fields.

Step 3 — Add Content & Capture Data
Record voice notes, upload documents, add text, and capture photos on-site
Start New Intervention
Click Start New Intervention and fill in the basics:
- Title – e.g. “HVAC Inspection”
- Description – Optional extra context
- Client – Pick from your list or add inline
- Reference # – e.g. “WO-12345”
Add Content
Inside the intervention Details page you can:
- Record Audio – Record directly in the browser or upload audio files. AI transcribes each recording automatically using Whisper.
- Upload Documents – Upload PDF, Word, Excel, or text files. Text is automatically extracted for AI processing.
- Add Text Notes – Type notes directly as a content source for report template generation.
- Add Photos – Snap or upload site photos for visual documentation.
- Retry Transcription – If a recording fails, retry with one click.
Browse & Edit
The Interventions page shows all your work in a searchable table. For each intervention you can:
- View Details – Recordings, photos, report templates, generated files
- Edit – Change client, reference, or status (Draft ? Completed ? Cancelled)
- Attach Report Templates – Link one or more report templates to the intervention
- Delete – Remove an intervention (confirmation required)
Step 4 — Generate & Share Documents
AI fills your report templates and produces ready-to-share PDFs
Generate Reports
Review & Edit
Each generated document appears in the Generated Reports section with a status badge:
- Draft – Needs review
- Completed – Ready to share
Click View/Edit to fine-tune any field before finalizing.
Download & Share
Once finalized, use the action buttons on each generated report:
- Open PDF – Download or view the generated PDF
- Generate PDF – Re-generate the PDF at any time
- Share – Send via email or share link
- Print – Print directly from the browser
- Download All – Batch-download every PDF for the intervention
